Sehr tolles und freundliches Personal, die immer bemüht waren! Die Qualität der Animationsprogramme könnte noch etwas besser sein, es wurde viel gemalt und gebastelt. Bei den Zimmern ist noch Luft nach oben, aber alles in allem hält das Hotel das, was es verspricht.

Wir würden wieder kommen :-)

Alles in allem wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem Falkensteiner. Im Mai waren wir im Montafon, was in Punkto Essen natürlich nochmal ne Nummer besser ist, aber ansonsten sind die beiden Falkensteiner gut miteinander vergleichbar. Unsere Mädchen (4 und 7) lieben Falky und den Kinderclub! Das Personal, egal ob Reinigung, Service, etc… waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das erlebt man so selten! Überwiegend ungarische Mitarbeiter, die aber sehr gut deutsch sprechen und sehr sehr fleißig sind. Das Mittagessen könnte noch verbessert werden, da Qualität und Auswahl in einem Verhältnis zu Frühstück und Abendessen stand, aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau. Wir hatten ein geräumiges und schönes Familienzimmer, mit einer tollen Aussicht. Zweimal haben wir uns eine Massage gegönnt und ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass es für mich die beste Massage war, die ich jemals hatte. Die Frau wusste was sie macht und es tat wirklich gut. Auch die Kutschfahrt vom Pferdezentrum in der Nähe ist empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt! :-)

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern dort Urlaub gemacht. Die Kinderbetreuung (Falky Land) kam bei unserem 4-Jährigen sehr gut an. Auch das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker, die Auswahl durchdacht und umfangreich. Schade war, dass das Hotel nicht komplett barrierefrei bzw behindertengerecht ist. Hier und da gibt es Stufen zu überwinden, über die wir den Kinderwagen tragen mussten.

In het algemeen een zeer goed hotel en kindvriendelijk. Maar sommige punten kunnen wel beter. Dagelijks verversen van de handdoeken is niet elke dag gebeurd en kwaliteit matrassen 2persoonsbed zijn echt niet goed. Er is ook 7x 10€ aangerekend van ‘vrijwillige tipping’, waar we zelf geen weet van hebben.

Die Falkensteinerkette ist sehr zu empfehlen, alles sehr gepflegt und an der Rezeption sehr nettes Personl, in unserem Fall war etwas wenig Service am Tisch beim Essen, es schien so als ob nicht genug Personal da war. Insgesamt aber nichts zu beanstanden, sehr kinderfreundlich dieses Hotel.

Perfekt für Alle

Alles in Allem hervorragend. Personal Essen Angebot für Kinder perfekt. Auch als Alleinreisende Großeltern sehr zufrieden. Durch verschiedene Speiseräume auch nicht übermäßig laut. Das einzige Manko ist dass Teppichböden in dem Zimmer. Sahen sauber aus aber gibt halt auch Allergiker.

Toplocatie, geweldig personeel.

Heel prettig hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was fijn en comfortabel al was de temperatuur slecht te reguleren waardoor het steeds erg warm (en droog) was in de kamer, net als in de rest van het hotel. De kamer was netjes al miste er een gordijn in het zitgedeelte en hing het wel aanwezige gordijn een beetje los. Echt verduisteren was dus niet mogelijk. We hebben daar verder niet veel last van gehad. Maar toch. Ligging, faciliteiten en vooral het personeel maken dit een fijn hotel. Het eten zou iets gevarieerder mogen, vooral de lunch is wel heel beperkt. Maar al met al zeker een goede plek in Katschberg!

Spa Bereich der Erwachsenen war etwas kalt, ins Wasser sind wir hier nicht gegangen, auch das Aussenbecken etwas kalt. Dafür war der spa Bereich der Kinder komplett überfüllt, dieser ist auch sehr klein. Auch die Zimmer konnte man nur auf tagsüber 21,3 grad heizen, was nach dem duschen ziemlich kalt war. Nachts noch mal 4 grad runter aber es gab dicke Bettdecken. Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich, essen sehr gut, allerdings gab es am Morgen nur 1 Kaffeemaschine für alle. Unser Kind war zufrieden, netter Kinder Club und sehr liebe Mitarbeiter. Das beste am ganzen Hotel. Alles in allem ok aber kenne ich andere 4 Sterne Hotels mit besseren Leistungen. Am Ende bekommt man noch die Rechnung für das freiwillige Trinkgeld, das auf 10€ pro Tag angesetzt ist, mit welchem man so in der Form nicht rechnet. Man kann es zwar kürzen oder Streichen aber ohne Gewissensbisse auch nicht. Wir würden hier nicht mehr unbedingt hin fahren, lieber beim nächsten Mal ein anderes „Kinder“Hotel

Friendly and hassle free

Great if you are looking for hassle free all inclusive winter break. We particularly liked the family room, the breakfast and the ski hire and school all on site. Lunch was not great and offering half board options would have given more flexibility
