The pool area is truly a showstopper—**scenic mountain views from the pool** that feel peaceful and postcard-perfect. We especially loved doing an **excellent night swim**, and having the **hot tub option** made it even more relaxing and special. Our room was **large, modern, and beautifully designed**, with decor that felt stylish and elevated. The **bathroom size** was impressive too—spacious and luxurious, and it honestly made the whole stay feel like a treat. The staff were the best part of all: **exceptional, very accommodating, and genuinely kind**. Everyone made sure our birthday trip felt easy and memorable. Housekeeping was also wonderful—**great room cleaners** who kept everything spotless and refreshed. We also loved having the **restaurant on site**, and the **swings** were such a fun, unique touch that made the experience feel extra special and vacation-like. And the **complimentary breakfast** was a great bonus each morning. Pink Palm Hotel exceeded expectations across the board—views, amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and service. "Its an Oasis for the money. If you can afford higher end you might not like it fully. Immediate easy access to a beautiful beach area. Full kitchen , bar and coffee shop on site. If you want to shut it down for the day at the resort , you will have everything you need. Even kayak and jetski rentals. It worked out very well , no complaints ."

"If there aren't any Carnival boats docking near the hotel majority of the business establishments and restaurants are closed. It would be nice if the staff would recommend even locals food vendors and trucks to kind of help with the experience of the island. Most of the activities are best done before 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. the latest."
