"Great staff"

"View was amazing . Unit itself was very unique"

"Friendly staff. Beautiful property."

"This was a wonderful place to celebrate our thirtieth wedding anniversary. The dining options offered something for even the pickiest eaters. The views were stunning, and the resort had everything we needed, so there was no reason to leave unless we wanted to. The only drawback was the misleading parking information. Parking was advertised as free, but we were not told that valet parking was required or that a daily valet charge would be added to the resort fee if we had a car. The extra $400 at...

"Excellent value for the price! Leah and Norma were very kind and great with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Crystal Cove is located close to everything. Looking forward to our next trip out!"

"We stayed at building D Sapphire Beach Resort. Beautiful balcony and views. The unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and always had a wonderful breeze. Beach bar was just okay. Only had seating along one side of the bar. The beach in front of the beach bar and restaurants was nonexistent, very narrow. For some reason we weren’t allowed to get chairs placed down at the wider part of the beach because of where our unit was located. Because we were renting there we didn’t pay to rent...

"Clean, private, well taken care of."

"La estadia fue excepcional y a pesar que no tenian luz, el generador estuvo todo el tiempo funcionando a toda capacidad incluyendo ascensores. El hotel queda cerca de bares, restaurantes y el aeropuerto, para mi proxima vez no dudaria en volverme a quedar en Windward Passage Hotel St.Thomas. Gracias"

The A/C was only in the bedroom. The bedroom was an open fishbowl with a great view and no curtains or any type of windows shade so I'm sure the view from outside looking in was entertaining. The host and owner are very kind and polite but I...

"Staff remembered us from our previous visits"

"The only bad thing was one thing I don’t like because I was tipping anytime someone did anything for me and that was when we call the front desk for some one to bring us up to the lobby to get a cab THEY NEVER CAME the one time they came was to check out and she said at check in any time we needed a ride up to get a cab they would come get us AND THEY DIDNT"

"Staff only turned down my room upon request and said usually it's every other day for guests staying 4 days or more. The front desk staff was rude and I believe they over charged me."

"Great cheap stay in an even greater location. A short walk from the airport, a short walk from the beach."

"The view was spectacular. The room was clean, air condition, and bug free. Breakfast was prepared to order, ta"
