The location is what makes the hotel, and the parking garage is an added bonus. You are right on the beach/boardwalk, and a parking pass is included with your stay. There’s also a fancy espresso machine in the lobby which is an added bonus. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Everything was lovely the location absolutely perfect on the end of boardwalk....coffee in room and in lobby. Arrived early and staff let me use the hotel changing room and let me park in garage while my room was being prepared!!! Great experience all around!

This is the second time that we stayed here in an ocean front room and everything was excellent both times. We had a really great view from our balcony and it was very quiet. Other than that the beach and boardwalk is less than 100 yards from the elevators and there was plenty of onsite parking. A lot of reviews mention tight parking spots which had me a bit concerned but we found that is not the case. The spaces are plenty wide.

The staff were very nice and friendly. But the floor in the room was not vacuumed so I was walking om beach sand. I was not told that the maid service had to be requested so I had to call for the floor be cleaned and for fresh towels. My suggestion is that the desk staff informed your guest that they need to ask for the maid service.
