Liked the price and location. Didn’t like we had a double bed was suppose to be queen. Was suppose to be a smoking room, it was not. No plug for tub, toilet barely flushed, no coffee maker and no extra pillows.

Much better than I expected

Front desk lady was SUPER nice! I really liked to pool and hot tub area. Sure the rooms are a bit dated… but that’s reflected in the price. Clean and comfortable. Reminded me of an old Vegas motel or something. I’ll absolutely be staying here again. Starbucks and Tim hortons are 30 second walk. Nice restaurants close by. Had a very nice staycation. For a very reasonable price.

Wouldn't stay again

Booked online for emergency 2-day stay. Room was quite dirty (an inch of dust/dirt on top of headboard). It's clearly a motel for certain "clientele" which happens on the back side of the motel and is noisy all night.

Seamless checking in. Room was okay, looked rugged. Bed was clean, washroom was clean. Pillows have some spot and there are dead insects all around the room. Sleep quality is okay. If you need a bed to stay the night, I recommend this motel. If you are after cleanliness and overall appeal, this is not the motel for you.

Bedbugs

The place looks nothing like the pictures on this site. It was infested with bedbugs. Stayed 2 hours, lies down and got bitten up so had to leave and sleep in my car for the night at -28 C

We stayed for 4 days, had a smoking room, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Brought us any extras we asked for right away, extra towels, toilet paper etc. We asked not to be disturbed and that went well. All over, it was well worth the price. If you’re a picky person you’ll find the negatives. That’s on you, if you’re looking for a palace, pay to stay at one. But myself and my friend being smokers, this was really great, we’ll definitely come back!

I have photos that show the dirty sheets etc. I also had someone knock at my door to ask for money. I had an early flight ai stayed there but do not recommend noisy street, dirty rooms and people up all night!!!

The urine smell in the room was terrible. I could not believe how filthy the sheets, bedspread and mattress cover were. Cannot believe anyone would stay there. In addition the parking area felt unsafe due to the homeless along the building. I am very thankful Expedia Customer Service Agent Mohamud stayed on the chat with me thru the refund process,. Thank You Sir!!

The guy at the desk was super friendly and kind! We couldnt get into the room as you had to jiggle the key so he came and showed us how to open it. The room was not overall clean, yes it is dated but it was not cleaned to the extent a motel should be. We found a total of 3 cockroaches in the bathroom! YUCK!!
