We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. "This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Set in the beautiful scenic Chianti Hills of Tuscany. The buildings and the property had been a 16th century village. And all of the buildings had been beautifully restored to return it to originally and feel, but to include all the modern amenities. The staff were all highly. professional,well friendly, courteous, welcoming and extremely accommodating – going above and beyond with every request presented to them.
