"We have stayed at this particular location several times and the location is excellent and meets our needs as a large family. I only have a couple complaints and they are the beds are extremely uncomfortable and where our room was located, it needs to have blackout curtains because the streetlights shine right into the bedroom. They are so bright it’s as if there is a light on in the room. Other than this I recommend staying here because of convenience, size of rooms and the staff is very friendly."

"I left briefly after I arrived because there was people there & she did not try to work with me it was very frustrating while trying to get in contact with her she kept picking up & hanging up on my face even multiple attempts of Expedia contacting her I didn’t want a full refund because I understand her policy but she didn’t try to work with me for a solution.
