"The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking."

"El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. "Breakfast is ok but need to Pay for it"

"I don’t think the place should even be on the list. Homeless hanging out outside, doors don’t work in the bathroom, shower was very poor, room was extremely hot when we went in. Stay away from this one"

"I booked for a one day stay and it was the dirtiest, nastiest experience in my life. It looked like a murder scene. I had to book another motel down the street and it was a WAY better experience. Wasted my money."

"Floors were dirty, key cards didn’t work. Sliding doors had sheer curtains so others could see you. It wasn’t a private patio. All non smoking rooms smelled like smoke."

"The staff was excellent. The only drawback is the breakfast. Every day was powdered and water down."

"The issue is that the AC unit was loud and that curtains would not completely block out the light from the outside. I tried all night to get curtains to stay completely closed but was unsuccessful. A bit pricey for not being able to sleep well during the stay due to the mentioned issues."
