"This is my go-to hotel when I stay in River Park area of Fresno. I've been fortunate that arriving early, I can check in. After getting unpacked, I tried getting the TV set up with my subscriptions, it wouldn't connect. Maintenance/tech person kindly checked everything out and wasn't able to get it going either. He checked the TV across the hall, it worked fine, I was able to sign in easily to my account and given a new key card to move. The rest of my stay went very well! I particularly like...

"Had to stay over night in Fresno for work and this was a last minute booking. The property was surprisingly clean for the area (and price I paid). The motel was simple but immaculate with all basic amnesties (soap, shampoo ect.). The staff was super accommodating with giving me a up front room due to the early hour that I would be leaving. Should never have to stay in Fresno again I will definitely be back!"

"This property could be so much better but it feels likes they do the bare minimum to maintain it. It was fine though, not dirty, just dusty, some patches that you can still see. Hot tub was broken. Rips in bedskirt, extra blanket in bag had bad odor and finger prints (spaghetti?). Stains on carpet and mildew smell in room (some fresh air helped that go away). There was blood on the bed I was given and the curtains didn’t even cover the window all the way. The place smelled like cigarettes and mold. "The staff member who checked us in yesterday did not provide a good experience. She was very unfriendly, not welcoming, and her attitude came across as unprofessional. She assigned us room 202, which was quite far from the elevator, despite seeing that we were parked in a disabled parking spot and that we may have needed easier access.
