"Some areas could stand some renovation. When you drive in parking lot and see a cracked window it's a little discerning, and I was surely hoping it wouldn't have been in my room. Some areas of the rooms look a little outdated, bed was not very comfortable. The staff were amazing and the breakfast area was being well kept by the attendant. Didn't use the pool or spa since I was only there for one night. "

"This hotel has a serious issue with insulation between floors and walls. We were kept up all night by extremely loud stomps coming from the floor above. The stomps can be heard throughout the second floor. Spend the extra $20 dollars to stay at a different hotel that has proper insulation. You will regret it otherwise. I was really surprised that this was a Hilton. The hotel looks rundown with luggage carts scattered all over the hallways. The room itself was average at best, but the noise made it unbearable. First and last time for this hotel in Temecula. "
