"Blood stain on bedspread. No housekeeping to change beds. We had to remove blood stain spread ourselves. Only gave a top sheet and blanket to make our own bed.Daughter was locked in restroom. She did not lock it herself. We had to call front desk to get her out. No maintenance was available to fix door from locking again."

"This is urban, for sure - right next to a gas station and in a run down looking neighborhood. It’s not a hotel - it’s a motel. We were awakened at 3 AM by a huge domestic disturbance in the room next to us. Shouting, banging, violent sounds - the police came - twice. "

"I had an overall positive experience during my stay. The check-in process was seamless and straightforward, which made arriving stress-free. I also appreciated how easy it was to access customer service whenever I needed assistance. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. However, one downside was the noise early in the morning. Around 5:00 a.m., I was awakened by what sounded like furniture being moved around in the unit above, along with quite a bit of bumping and rumbling. Unfortunately, that disrupted my sleep.
