"Our room was upgraded to a suite for $20. The room was very tired... cracked sink in bathroom, pictures missing on the wall (hooks were there), promised view of lake was blocked by trees right across, roof outside window was covered in old leaves - just not what one would expect for $373."

"Staff are very courteous, polite and helpful. Unfortunately the place is a little run down and in my opinion not very clean. Upon check in, the garbage bins by the entrance were full as garbage was oozing out, also the garbage by the ice machine on the 1st floor, it still was not clean the next day. ..."
