This could just be my opinion but just my but- If any part of the hotel is going under renovation, they should not charge a resort fee, more importantly,If a hotel closes any of its amenities, it should list them clearly so guests know how to book accordingly. The only staff is the older white woman who lives in the apartment across from the office who is never paying attention has a horrible attitude. The police were called while I was there for whatever reason no sympathy told them. I would like my Money as I had children with me on this trip, but we’re still charged. They were bugs in the room. The room was not swept. The beds were not made and somehow this is acceptable."

"This is a very modern hotel. It has wonderful amenities for guests as well as the community. There is an activities offered each day throughout the week, which is really great. The drinks at the bar are really good - not too strong not too weak. There was a really good crowd in the lobby area which I really do enjoy. The hotel staff was very pleasant & my room overall was very clean. "
