"The property was very dated, but that isn't an excuse to not keep things clean. There were specks of blood on the wall in our bathroom, wallpaper was moldy and peeling off of the wall and there was an overall odor. The pool was one of the main reasons we decided on this property, but it wasn't heated. We were at the breakfast every morning between 8-9am and never once were able to get all of the options."

"We didn’t check out the casino or sports bar. Pretty good breakfast options. They were having some difficulties with the lobby coffee machine both mornings. No in room coffee option. I give the staff credit for working to get it corrected quickly"

"The room next to us was filled with screaming kids that were screaming from 8:00pm to 12:00am. I called the front desk 6 times and went down there twice. All of those times, nobody did anything. They never came up to tell them to be quiet, though they said they would. Both of my babies woke up from the noise, it was so bad. During one of the phone calls the front desk staff could hear the kids over the phone. Yet nothing was done. The hotel said because it was booked through Expedia they couldn't do anything. It was ridiculous. It was truly a horrible stay."

"Pool area was nice. Could use a deep clean. Common area carpet could be replaced. Room was clean and glad they helped with joined rooms. "
