"The property was listed as a NO PETS ALLOWED on their website. This is one of the main reasons we booked a night’s stay here. We don’t have pets, nor do we want to stay in places that are pet friendly if it can be helped. So to our surprise there was a dog in one of the rooms down the hall from us! When we brought it to the attention of the desk clerk the next morning she admitted they knew about it and it was okay because the dog owners had paid an extra fee! Why not be upfront and honest in your website information and say pets are allowed for a fee? We won’t be staying here again, not because of the dog, but because of the misleading information on your website.
Also it would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub were out of order.
On the positive side, it had a beautiful view. "
