"We arrived early for check-in but the reception staff and valets were so helpful to store our luggage and then deliver it to our room as soon as it was available. The room itself was beautiful. The bathroom was deluxe having both a soaker tub and walk-in shower. It is truly a luxury hotel and the staff are very good at making the guests feel comfortable and welcome. We definitely want to stay again."

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

The complementary drinks (water, sodas, tea, coffee) and pastries were very helpful especially b/c this location is a bit of a walk from any stores. Location is perfect if you are wanting to be in a quiet residential area with beach and park right across the street, but it is several miles from city center. "We went for a surprise anniversary and selected the queen room with harbor view. Was gorgeous but came with impeded view of harbor and construction of a rooftop access area. Not what the advertisements offered. The hotel received my frustration and responded to my concerns promptly and attentively. The focus and attention to my concerns was sincere and most gracious. Thank you to the team. We had a most lovely visit."

"Overall great stay. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean and bright. Staff friendly. I didn’t have time to use any amenities. Only negatives were length of time to check in at desk. A lot of paperwork & computer work it seemed. We stayed two nights not consecutive as we attended a wedding north of Victoria one night. Our view was a brick wall directly out our window both stays, and both times we had to call for our TV to be fixed. They did come immediately to fix it to their credit. Overall nice...
