Very good value for the price. The third floor lobby, restaurant and outdoor garden are also beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Only a 7 minute didi ride to universal studios. Highly recommend Crowne Plaza! "

"Einfach nur eine dreckige Umgebung! Hoteöeingang sehr dreckig. Die Zimmer habe ich nie gesehen. Habe über paypall gezahlt aber als ich im Hotel angekommen bin wurde mir gesagt das es keine Buchung gibt. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und konnte nur Chinesisch sprechen. Sie waren wütend das wir nicht noch mal ein neues Zimmer gebucht haben (für mehr Geld) und wollten unsere Pässe behalten. Sie haben uns außerdem nicht mal telefonieren lassen um einen chinesischen Angehörigen anzurufen um das...
