I really enjoyed the staff, René, Luandra and Felipe, they were super friendly and helpful as well as the other staff too (Breakfast ladies and the cleaners too) I will definitely come back there again. Thank you so much guys! Made my trip so much better after all!

This place does not qualify as a hotel/boutique hotel/ whatever they wanna call it. The day I checked in they had to move me to another room cause the wifi and tv weren't working. In the new room it was the same bit worse since the AC kept leaking overnight and flooded the entire room. I was lucky my bags didn't get damaged cause I kept them on the bed. Entire place stank so bad and the there was mold everywhere. Absolutely zero ventilation and they moved me back to the initial room on the third day since they couldn't fix the AC-just put towels on the floor to soak the water up and the staff came and replaced the towels every few hours. Pool was never cleaned and their waste management is also a joke, the whole place literally STANK 24/7. The showers aren't fully closed off as well so every time you shower you're bound to flood the entire washroom unless you put multiple towels to stop it. Also the bedsheets and towels were not clean at all and caused skin issues. They literally dry the sheets towels on a drying rack outside and none of the sheets/pillowcases were clean. Absolute disaster of a place, only thing keeping it running is the staff

Apesar de se nomear como hotel boutique, há muitos pontos de ajuste e melhoria. O hotel não possui estacionamento próprio e a rua não dispõe de muitas vagas próximas. O quarto, que não tem arrumação diária, tem manchas de infiltração, pingueira no ar-condicionado, fiação exposta. O café da manhã e o atendimento são pontos positivos que merecem destaque.

Adorei a estadia! Quem me recebeu foi a Layla, um amor de pessoa e me deu ótimas indicações! A recepcionista Raíza tbm foi super cordial! As meninas da cozinha são maravilhosas e me atenderam divinamente! A acomodação me atendeu super bem e todo o hotel tem aquele toque vintage bem aconchegante. Embora seja um hotel pequeno, fui muito bem acolhida. A localização tbm é super boa. Adorei!

Café da manhã sem muitas opções, apenas farinhas e carboidratos mesmo, senti falta de alguma raiz. 3 tipos de frutas. O café (líquido) foi o pior que já tomei na vida. De resto estava tudo ok. O primeiro quarto que disponibilizaram está seriamente deteriorado, nos sentimos em um cativeiro. Mudaram de quarto e foi ok. Limpeza ok, só os vidros que não dão muita atenção. Os lençóis e toalhas estão pela misericórdia, rasgando, muito velhos e manchados. Não consegui dormir bem em nenhuma das diárias. Na primeira, o quarto era muito deteriorado e o colchão está extremamente fundo, acabou com nossa coluna. Ao trocar de quarto no dia seguinte, De madrugada um dos hóspedes se meteu em confusão com um garoto de programa e fomos acordados com a gritaria do rapaz exigindo o pagamento. A parte boa: o pessoal é muito agradável, desde a recepção até a dona. Por isso, estou escrevendo essa avaliação com dor no coração, mas não posso deixar de avaliar pq de fato quem entra no anúncio e vê a realidade se sente profundamente enganado.

A equipe é muito prestativa e eu fico até com pena de fazer essa avaliação, mas a estrutura do hotel não tá legal. Tem muita marca de infiltração nas estruturas dos quartos e muita umidade, deixando o ar pesado e com cheiro de mofo. O estado da cama e dos lençois também deixou a desejar. Uma pena pois é bem localizado e tem seu charme, mas precisa de uma reforma.
