Staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the resort, the beach is the best for kids and grandparents.The food is very nice and prices for extras like wine bottles are actually cheap. Perfect resort for families.

We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

It’s a very nice family hotel. You can choose from a pool or a calm beach just steps away. Excellent for kids and for the adults to recharge their batteries

Wouldn’t stay there again. The kids amenities are great, but that’s about it. We had to stay in line over one hour just to check in, and they didn’t even apologize. Our room then wasn’t ready until 4PM, which was very stressful after an already very long trip with our 3 year old twins. When we finally got in the room, there weren’t enough towels or bath mats for the two bathrooms and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. I had also made a reservation for 5 people and was given an apartment with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds so I had nowhere to put my third kid until the 2nd day there when I pushed to get another bed. Food was ok, but it said all inclusive and we had to pay separately for all drinks including water.

Very nice, but inquire about room layout.

The “Superior” room we rented had a queen bed and two singles side by side in the same room, which didn’t work for us as there was zero privacy. Paid extra for a much nicer unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Staff, food, pools, and beach were awesome. Had a kids show and many kids activities. It was a very nice place.

The pool area, food and beach with the reef in front makes such a relaxing environment. The road leading to the resort is in poor condition and traffic jams up. They appear to be working on it, so this may only be a problem for a few more weeks.

Equipe gentil o tempo todo, tanto o pessoal da recepção como do restaurante. Infelizmente não gostei da qualidade das toalhas de banho e tapetes de banheiro. Todos os dias recebemos toalhas fininhas, muito antigas, que não deveriam estar em uso.

Nossa experiência foi muito boa não geral! A limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, principalmente no banheiro que tem alguns sinais de falta de cuidado . Mas nada que estragasse nossa experiência. O staff , comida , piscina , praia tudo muito bom . A praia na frente do hotel é ótima e a localização é boa se vc não pretende sair muito do hotel .

Não voltaria!

O hotel deixa a desejar já no início. Check-in extremamente demorado. O primeiro quarto que me deram era muito cheiro de mofo. O hotel é bem velho, quartos com cheiro de mofo, toalhas velhas, amenidades ruins, limpeza questionável (cabelo no ralo). Ralos do box e pia velhos. Deve ter sido um bom resort há uns 20 anos atrás. Restaurante extremamente barulhento. Bebidas à parte caras. A praia é linda, mas muito cheia, muito confusa. Com muitos vendedores estacionados na frente. Poluição sonora o tempo todo. Café da manhã bem completo, com espumante muito bom. Presentes legais de bolo de rolo e blusa proteção UV. Assim como check-in, o Check-out é caótico!!!
