E com satisfação que registro a minha satisfação quanto a recepção e o atendimento dos funcionários e qualidade dos alimentos ofertados no café da manhã, parabéns. Quanto ao quarto, informo que a limpeza e apresentação também com entrega excelente. Desta feita, para contribuir com a equipe de serviços de arrumação do quarto, recomendo atenção quanto a verificação do nível da disponibilidade do reservatório do shampoo - frasco vazio. Como não necessitei por haver levado o shampoo de uso pessoal, não necessitei usar, porém, verifiquei que o frasco estava vazio!

Minha estadia foi bastante decepcionante. Ao chegar, o quarto não tinha cobertor, o lençol era muito fino e de péssima qualidade, e o colchão não possuía capa de proteção. Passei frio a noite toda. Além disso, a televisão e o ar-condicionado não funcionavam, e mesmo após acionar a equipe técnica, nada foi resolvido. No banheiro, não havia itens básicos como sabonete líquido, shampoo ou condicionador. Considero o valor cobrado muito alto para a baixa qualidade oferecida. Não recomendo.
