Booked a room with 2 beds in it for my parents to stay with me during my visit. Hotel allegedly did not allow 1+ number of guests in my room (even though I had booked a room with multiple beds). Hotel forced me to pay for a room upgrade to allow for total of guests in my room

Um hotel muito bom confortável o que mais me imprecionou foi o cheiro de todos hotéis que ja fui esse é o mais cheiroso, unica coisa que deixou a deseja foi o cafe da manhã nao tem muitas opções bolo 1 opção mesmo assim foi de outros dias tava meio seco, acho que por nao ter muita gente, o café deve ser assim. Mais pra ser de uma rede inn era pra ser muito top igual as outra ja fui pra uma inn que o cafe foi um dois melhores hotel.de resto tudo é ótimo.

Bom hotel. Infelizmente, eles são muito inflexíveis em relação a mudança de quartos. Eu descobri que tinha pego um quarto com duas camas de solteiro quando cheguei lá e foram bem inflexíveis para a mudança. No mais, satisfatório.

O hotel em si é bom. Check-in foi tranquilo.Transporte é difícil, recomendável ir de carro. Os quartos afastados da estrada são muito silenciosos. Alguns pernilongos estavam presentes. Por ser utilizada energia solar, durante o dia a água do chuveiro e a da pia são terrivelmente quentes, mesmo quando acionamos as torneiras para o modo frio. O atendimento no café da manhã é excelente e as opções de alimentos são ótimas. Piscina boa. Apenas três reclamações: uma vez deixaram de fazer a limpeza diária do quarto e outra vez pedimos um petisco de isca de peixe que viria acompanhado de molho tártaro com fritas, mas quando chegou, faltou o molho. Os drinks apresentados no cardápio são em belas taças, porém quando chegam são em copos comuns. Nota 8,5.

Hotel bem arrumado, funcionários simpáticos. Jantar bom no restaurante do próprio hotel. Único ponto a desejar é o café da manhã, achamos fraco comparado a outros hotéis do nordeste. Cuscuz um pouco seco, sem opção de algum acompamhamento com molho por exemplo. Fora isso, ótimo.

Excelente Hotel.

O que eu gostei: atendimento foi sensacional: fiquei doente durante a semana que estive lá e precisei que o restaurante servisse pratos mais leves que não tinham no cardápio e fizeram sem problemas! Quartos novos, limpos e bem equipados. O que eu não gostei: como o restaurante não tinha portas ou dispositivos para capturar moscas vi algumas moscas no buffet. Os quartos localizados na frente são barulhentos pois passa uma rodovia. Peça para ficar nos quartos dos fundos que está resolvido.
