Horrible experience in a worthless place

This is a horrible place to stay. The hotel services description on their website is totally misleading. 1. Free WiFi: There is no wifi in the building at all. Its a total lie. Management admitted they don't have WiFi. 2. Clean comfortable room: Rooms were filled with mosquitoes, flies, and roaches. Very noisy rooms. Windows don't even close properly. 3. Rats spotted more than once in the building in less than an hour. 4. Bathrooms very dirty laced with mold 5. I paid for Executive rooms with balcony. They provided me with deluxe rooms with no balcony. Told me thats all they have. 6. Canceled our stay and checked out right after we came back from Mata Darshan in less than 24 hours. The hotel management charged me for full two days although they admitted that I was not provided what I have paid for! 7. Checked in "Swing High" hotel next door. Great place and true to their website claims. Did not cheat me with false statements.
