"We were not offered any help with our bags… when we ordered a bottle of wine from room service we were told to go to the bar or wait an hour. We had no towels after a housekeeping visit - asked for them and had to call again after over a hour wait. When they did come the housekeeping person walked right into our room without knocking!!! "

"The hotel had a great location, beautiful decor and a lovely pool area. Unfortunately our room (a superior with balcony) looked straight into nearby offices with no privacy and the balcony was unusable - partly due to the aspect, but also due to mosquitoes that were a constant feature. The bed was very comfortable but room cleaning did not take place until 6pm which caused problems given that we had put towels on the floor for cleaning after breakfast. The pool was a lovely temperature but...

We didn’t get the breakfast package because I only have coffee in the AM that being said they have an Expresso machine in the room but if you are not into Expresso they will not give you free coffee in the breakfast area and charge 2 euros for each cup. No free refills. We did not understand this and one morning.
