"Disappointingly there were various issues with the room and then a couple of issues with one of the room services. The sink was blocked on my arrival for my 2 night stay, they told me that it would be unblocked the next morning but did to their credit eventually after a couple of hours, offer me a new room. I declined as I wanted to sleep after work and would have to collect the key. After coming back to the room after work the next day, the sink was no longer blocked however the sink faucet now...
