"The welcome from Imi on reception started our stay, he was so engaging and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Our room was clean and served us well. The only thing we needed and not provided in the rooms was body lotion although interestingly it is in the public bathrooms. The restaurant in the golf club building was very nice. Our server Amber was again a credit to the hotel and gave great service. The food was plentiful and an excellent quality and taste. Our friend with a dairy intolerance...

"The property is modern, furnished and equipped to a high standard and has the convenience of a parking space being included. It is not located in the most convenient or nicest part of Reading and also we did not appreciate the incredibly inflexible no-cancellation policy and also an excessively high damage deposit, which did make the whole experience feel excessively "corporate".
