"Tried to reach staff to arrange shuttle, no response. Paid for Uber crazy price for 2km. Dining staff rude, slow, dismissive and then overcharged for a beer. Staff advised no converter plugs available, asked for wake up call and did not receive. Room dirty (mirror, sticky end table). Hallways are painted black, looks terrible, not welcoming on room floors. Good points, iron available in nice stairwells. Nice garden decor outside. Overall, one friendly staff out of five encountered."

"This place is a hidden gem in rural Morocco. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, an old riad with animals, a playground, and a pool. The staff make you feel like family and helped us with everything we needed, including early breakfast at our request. I would love to come again and stay longer!"
