Hotel was ok but had a few problems like the water heater was either too hot or cold, or would be fine for 1 min and then get too hot or cold. Aircon was the same either too hot or cold. They also liked putting the new towels on top of the dirty luggages… why???

The room was ok, but nothing special and the cleanliness was more poor than good. The bed had some brown stains on it. One day we got towels which were so dirty that it makes you feel sick (in nice words). After complaining at the reception they exchanged them including the bed sheets and offered 2 hours free drinking at the bar, which we declined because we do not drink alcohol. Staff is friendly but customer service is poor.
