An excellent hotel to stay

Soft bed, clean rooms, good views from the 25th floor, shopping center next to the hotel. A lot of parking space. The pool was maybe a bit too cold. Overall experience was excellent.

The front desk (big fit men) were absolutely dreadful when I checked out with my wife and a tony large luggage I was offered no help whatsoever to my car down stairs. I am 75 with evidence of a recent major knee operation. The staff were lazy and uninterested. In addition I specifically asked and wrote down that 2 small ice bags that I need for my insulin pens were to be frozen. I picked them up on checking out and zero had been done. No interest at all and same men. Dreadful lazy staff.
