First timer

We stayed in a luxury 4 sleeper unit, which was nice, with all the basic cutlery, crockery in a house you could possibly need, spacious with a much needed aircon, there was staff who came to clean the unit each day. The only thing i wished they refilled for us was the dish washing liquid and left us with a dish cloth to dry our daily dishes. The couches in the lounge was really hard to sleep on and uncomfortable, not really suited for elderly adults.

Overpriced

The unit wasnt great stinge smell in bathroom. The kitchen was akward esp the 2 plate stove area so uncomfortable to cook. Unit needs an upgrade. Too expensive totally overpriced. Only positive was the location. Had an issue with one of cleaners who prioritised all other units but ours to clean and had a big attitude. Reported her .

Yes , Why are men not allowed to swim in a boxer shorts It's a shorts Friendly staff Add something outside every unit to minimize the flies and mosquitoes Add benches in designated smoking areas Cart guest luggage to uphill units especially for the old age people I will definitely return Had an amazing time Definitely a place worth the price and worth the holiday

Lovely family holiday.

Beautiful scenic surrounding makes this a fantastic holidays destination. Efficient and friendly staff slso makes for a pleasant experience. Cleanliness is top notch. A very relaxing stay .

Tulbagh needsa revamp

Tulbagh chalets need a desperate upgrade. No oven kitchen not good, no towels, bathroom needs a shampoo, shower gel holder, the bedroom is open on top no privacy, the lighting is baf with only 1 light for bedroom and living room. The only plus is the proximity to the pool area.

Was there from 30th July until 02 August. There was no electricity for two days. We were supposed to check out on the second but we left on the first as our meat was going off and there was nothing to do as pools were cold. I am still waiting on the refund that reception promised me.

The venue caters for most people. We'll secured, we'll structured. Just not impressed with the restaurant's weekend manager. Behind the counter staff were charging their phones and ignoring people, mumbling to each other they're not allowed to serve people as the staff did not have any masks, so they ended up ignoring people that wanted a table. Staff act that way when they don't have respect for the establishment. Was very off putting..

Kids love this place

Third stay here and can highly recommend it if you have kids. Apart from all the swimming, there are other kid stuff that keeps them occupied. And also, there are many other kids, so it's never boring.
