"Made to feel very welcome. Lovely fresh, clean room with a comfortable bed and good quality linen, which always aids a good night's sleep. Also huge bath towels which I love. Good selection of teas and coffee with fresh milk provided, which was nice. There were also some sweet treats and a tourist map provided in the room, which was very useful. Beautiful decor, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well cooked and served beautifully. We would be very happy to stay there again."

"Friendly staff, nice hot cooked breakfast, each item of breakfast food chosen from a menu, coffee very luke warm unfortunately, hotel clean, one small incident while we stayed but receptionist sorted it out straight away with understanding and courteous. The porter could have been a little more courteous and a little less grumpy but this didn't apply to the rest of the staff, they were kind and helpful."

"Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. We have booked for our next trip already 😊"
