"It's a lovely family run hotel. The team are all lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is modern enough and well presented. I found the bed extremely comfortable. The bar is a nice environment to relax in. The restaurant wasn't serving dinner but they arranged for a delivery of food and set up a table for me to eat it in the restaurant. The food they recommended was delicious and a good price. There is plentiful free parking, which includes a Tesla charging point. There is step free...

"Lovely hotel, nicely situated close to the centre"

"Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!"

"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...

"Wonderful new place. Great location. Will be back"

"Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language."

"Very good service "

"They email said the room is ready at 14.00pm… at 16:30pm door looked, no access to the property, no staff at reception. After making a call extra30 minutes to wait till one person arrived. Been given a room such smells of urine that l was out of the room in seconds with my asthma😱been given an another room. Infested with mosquitos.restless nights because of them, my body is covered with bites, itching swollen arms and face. The room walls covered with black spots l think from others before me...
