"The room smelled moldy. The booking site said I paid for breakfast included but the hotel charged me for it. No hot water. Location is OK: near the bus station."

"Great location! The breakfast was very nice!"

"Location in Bidhannagar and walkable to shopping and dining"

"Pleasant"

"Very pleasant experience. Comfortable stay Mein Erfahrungen war sehr gut. Hat mein Zeit genießt bei diesem Unterkunft "

"Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results."

"No appropriate tissue paper, the tv & air con didn't work. There was dirty laundry in the room. There was no duvet, people sleeping in the reception which was locked and had the lights shut. I had to bang on the door to wake the owner up when the website says that reception is 24 hours. They also did not provide breakfast when i had paid for this. "

"Good atmosphere "

"This is a great place to stay by the airport, I f you need to stay in Kolkata for a couple of days or between flights. The staff is extremely helpful, and you can order room service for the cost of a meal in a fairly inexpensive restaurant. rarely have I enjoyed this level of service in a three star hotel. It is on the fourth floor of a larger building."

"There are room for improvement Not convenient for international travellers Bed linen dirty Pillows are smelly Poor quality pillows and cushions Amenities are not as per international standards No safe no shower cubicle with glass covering the bathroom becomes a mess after the shower Washbasin tap water splashes out each time it is used"

"近くにメトロの駅もあるので街の中心に行きやすい。大通りに面してないので夜もコルカタの中では静かな方だと思う。 朝食は少し時間はかかるが頼めば作って部屋まで持ってきてくれる。 近所に遅くまでやってる欧米スタイルのカフェが2軒あって便利だった。"

"Ok Ok...Value for money"

"Even after i has confirmed Booking. Room was not alloted"

"The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "
