Amazing location for relaxing and as a home base for exploring Raro. Beautifully clean accommodation, friendly staff and wonderful beachfront location. Meitaki!

I booked for Tia Kautai Studio but got told at check-in the unit we booked had a tenant occupyinh for another week. It wasn't available for us and even staff don't understand how that happened. We just needed a place to crash for the day before departure flight. Still happy they managed to find us a subsitute @ Kikii Inn suites which is reasonably clean and fits our family needs. We had a restful time before the night flights. Thanks

The view from the room is stunning. Good facilities and serviced daily. Ocean breeze and view was amazing. The local friendly dog adds character.

Beautiful, comfortable and welcoming stay!

Easy walk to store for essentials and water. The property was very clean. Much more spectacular than photos showed. Beautiful sunrise at the beach is a must. Great lanai to visit with friends or just relax. Very friendly animals. Property arranged transport for my late arrival. Very seemless entry with great communication!

Had zero hot water which put a big damper on the accommodation. Roosters are a big noisy issue !!!! No sleep and need culling as it’s terrible to listen too 24/7.
