Loved this place..had everything we needed, good food options near by or not too far. Rick was a great host, giving us lots of great tips. More importantly the beach location was the best, water was beautiful, sun and shade options were plenty, not too busy and great marine life in the lagoon.

Beautiful villas right on a breathtaking beach! The sunsets here are absolutely stunning, and unlike the rest of the island, it’s wonderfully calm with no wind. An idyllic spot for a perfect getaway!

Just so beautiful here....and I love that you can just walk outside and snorkel with tropical fish. Rick is just awesome! We forgot some stuff at the villa and I couldn't believe that he drove all the way to the airport to give it to us! That is the kind of person he is, just the best. He is also a super interesting person 😂. We even received bananas and ate guava from his garden. Awesome, relaxing place....and it has wifi.

Perfection!

The villas are superb; well looked after, clean and comfortable. It felt very private, and had everything you’d need and more (including an outside shower). The location on the beach is absolutely perfect and we watched whales breaching as we arrived. Great for snorkelling straight off the Villa, and there are kayaks to use too! Rick is wonderful and extremely helpful. He talks you through the island; best things to do and where to eat. He brought us extra little goodies like fresh coconut and fruit. There is a laundry stocked with masks, snorkels, and fins. WiFi is excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more and we didn’t want to leave! It’s next to a great restaurant and bakery, and a short stroll from Hospital Hill lookout and the Golf course. I would HIGHLY recommend Rick’s place (Serenity Villas), I haven’t stayed anywhere better!

Wonderful stay in Serenity Villas. Beautiful comfortable well appointed villa with amazing sea view. Loved the swimming pool. Communication from owners was outstanding. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to get back.

We had a great week at Serenity Villas on an idyllic beachside lagoon. Owner Rick was a fount of knowledge regarding restaurant & activity options - a real gentleman to boot. The villas are very stylish set amongst tropical gardens - it's fun to forage for papaya, passionfruit & limes in hotel gardens. We'll be back!

Serenity Villas has been thoughtfully planned and beautifully built. We loved the big deck which you literally step off onto the beach. The decor is modern and the villa is very well equipped. There are bikes, kayaks, snorkeling gear and reef shoes all available for the guests to use. Rick, the owner, is always on site taking care of the property. This is paradise.

Peaceful Perfection

This was the perfect place to spend our Honeymoon. Jo and Rick go above and beyond to ensure the grounds are clean and well-maintained, the villas were designed with tourists in mind and have everything you could possibly need during your stay. The bed is beyond comfortable and the Villa offers a relaxed, secluded, and home away from home vibe. The location is great with a bakery opposite and restaurants within walking distance, everything else is a short drive or bus ride if you feel the need to leave paradise. A few short steps from the deck on your villa to the beautiful waters out of the front, they offer snorkeling (and have a range of gear from snorkels, masks, reef shoes, and fins). If you don't feel like a swim in the inviting ocean the pool is just as inviting and refreshing. We would not hesitate in recommending Serenity for the perfect time in Rarotonga and will definitely be back for many more visits.

My wife and I spent 8 nights at Serenity Villas in early October. We feel very lucky to have chosen Serenity Villas as it was our first time in Rarotonga and we didn’t know anything about the island other than what we researched and read online. Our experience was spectacular! The Villas are extremely comfortable, well equipped, perfectly designed for relaxation. The location is convenient to the main town and close to a couple restaurants and a bakery. We spent most of our time on the property where we relaxed on the loungers watching the sunset while whales frolicked near the reef. Simply paradise. Rick is an amazing host, very helpful, cares deeply about his property and it shows. He has created a perfect place for serenity. There isn’t much more to say other than we will definitely be back, we recommend the Serenity Villas for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Stop looking and book right now! You will not regret it for one second.

Exceeded expecations

Serenity Villas will not disappoint anyone unless you insist on a restaurant / bar onsite. The villas are lovely, the gardens are lovely, the location is excellent and surrounded by bars an restaurants we would not stay anywhere else in Rarotonga in future and will return. I really recommend it.

The fully appointed villa was beautiful and right on the beach. It also had an amazing out door shower off the bathroom. Kayaks and snorkel gear were available as well as bikes for your leisure, books and DVDs. On occasion the host Rick, brought around fresh cut coconuts, passionfruit or paw paw for your eating pleasure.

Einfach perfekt! Nach der Buchung hatten wir direkt Kontakt zu Rick, der uns mit hilfreichen Informationen versorgt hat. Nach der Ankunft „im Paradies“ wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und wir sind über alles Wissenswertes zur Anlage, der Insel, Restaurant Tipps etc. informiert worden. Rick ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Perfekt und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Ein Highlight ist die Außendusche, die zusätzlich vorhanden ist. Der sehr saubere Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. In der Gartenanlage befinden sich gemütliche Liegen und eine Hängematte. Der Aufenthalt in den Serenity Villas ist ein Traum und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen :-)

This is by far the best place to stay on the island. It’s picturesque, ideally located beside 3 very good restaurants, is managed by a very property proud couple who do their very best to make your stay a fabulous and enjoyable one. You’ll not regret booking here.

Beachfront Paradise

Don't hesitate to book your vacation here. The location is amazing -- villas are located right on the white sand, with palm trees lining the path to the crystal clear water. Rick is a gracious host and makes sure all guests are taken care of. The villas themselves are well appointed with everything you need: the bed is very comfortable, the outdoor shower is stunning and the view from the patio can't be beat. The snorkelling is great right in front of the villas and if you want a change of pace, the pool is also nice to cool off in. There is also a little bakery right across the street to get savoury or sweet treats in the morning. Also walkable to a variety of other restaurants nearby. I would do anything to be back there with a drink in my hand watching the sunset over the water. We will be back!!!
