"When I arrived to check in on October 15, the gentleman at the front desk told me he was sorry, but there were no rooms available with two beds. I explained that my reservation was for two beds and showed him my confirmation online, which clearly stated that. He told me the only option available was a king bed and a sofa bed. I declined because that was not what I had reserved or paid for. He then called the assistant manager on duty. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, did not answer my...

"I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! It’s very family-friendly, and I really appreciated that it’s a smoke-free environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. I had a little issue during my stay, but Ms. Ethel was able to accommodate me at the last minute, and I really appreciated his help. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Five out of five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Pool was good. Rooms didn't feel crowded."

THE GOOD: This hotel is gorgeous, and it's a must-see if you're going to be on Palm Beach Island, which is totally different from West Palm Beach. You're right on the beach, which is great if that's what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful, there are 4 pools (2 of which are adults-only), lots of restaurants, stores, and stunning gardens! It's worth staying here at least once in your life. THE BAD: This hotel is...
