"The checkin process is terrible. Requiring an email to get a code and only getting it a day or two ahead of of arrival day is very bad when I am travelling with no access to internet or email. Some person should be available to checkin with. If a code is required, it should be sent many days ahead - at least a week. We began travelling 9 days before our checkin date, and to another country and on a ship for 7 days. This process was very bad at the start of our stay. The rest of the stay was great, after I finally got our code by logging into email after arriving and in the entry of this place - thankfully!"

"Breakfast was excellent. Tidy, neat hotel in nice location with good restaurant attached. Two small comments: Bathroom mirror was not above sink, coffee machine in corridor was a little loud."
