"The rooms were very nice and impeccably clean. The common areas were clean, but not usable. The advertised "restaurant", looked like a mini cafeteria, but it was closed both times we were there, and looked like it hadn't been in use for a while. The snack area had very little options and was extremely overpriced. There were boxes and other items cluttering the patio and exercise room. It's unfortunate because it's a very nice hotel. We would have used the common areas as we were there for a medical procedure at a nearby hospital. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, it's fine."

"Staff extremely unfriendly, the few that speak English especially. All the housekeepers speak no language, doesn’t matter what you try, they don’t understand and don’t want to be bothered. They will knock at 8am so you can tell them to come back later—that’s the gimmick, you missed it. Check and know your hotel policies before arriving, they are not forthcoming. Do not book in person. Rooms, specifically floors, gross. No real sanitizing done, writings on the walls in room—it’s a pencil, really? Thinnest towels you will ever use. Breakfast is actually decent but it is not replenished, sleep in at your own risk. There is no pool and about 20 channels, no movie channels, etc. Washers and dryers require separate app to use, no convenience items sold like toiletries but plenty of vending with junk food. Really one of the saddest, most depressing and embarrassing places I’ve stayed. I do not recommend."

"We were supposed to get there the day before. Things came up so we arrived a day later. Everything had been paid for. When we got there we got our key cards and went up to the room. My children opened the door and the lights were on and one of the beds was unmade. This was around 10 pm. It was obvious that a crew staff was sleeping in our room. We were given another room but, my children were creeped out. The pool was clean and the breakfast was pretty good."

"The furniture was dirty scraped Ragley needed to be replaced door torn up bathtub dirty didn’t come clean the room. Breakfast was just a joke. They had a buffet. Yes anything you ask for a paper plate or anything they didn’t have overall it was OK but not worth the money. The embassy in Washington DC however is very clean. Furniture is nice."
