"The Resort is nice, but terrible service :( if u wanted something literally 5 to 10 min on the phone on hold for them to answer. Staff cero friendly! And really disappointing that we booked an Ocean View Bungalow and we had a Tree View instead! Not a piece of blue! It was building 40 and bungalow 402! The spa is nice though! But wouldn’t come back unfortunately… cero cero customer service and didn’t feel welcomed whatsoever…. "

They also always give a bag of water and snacks also wasteful the bags get thrown away and it would be a smarter option to have a filtered water dispenser in the lobby or on every floor to reduce plastic waste. The eggs were scrambled, always one tray of plain eggs and other had different ingredients (like omelet) each day. Bonus, free parking which is rare to find in the area. Breakfast staff was extremely friendly. "
