"Well maintained clean and nicely decorated motel with Mountain View pool"

"The immediate neighborhood is OK, not great. Seems a little industrial. The room was nice, but security to our building was minimal. The doors to enter our building were supposed to be locked but they never were during a 3 night stay. We paid a lot for our stay, just under $1500. Would expect daily housekeeping at this rate, but there was none. That was below expectations. Probably would not return unless it was much cheaper. "

"Property is very dated. Beds were clean. Headboards worn. Bathrooms need updating, esp as simple as replacing torn and smelly shower curtain. "

"This hotel is ancient and falling apart, the staff are trying their best but its just not possible to have a nice stay there when things are not functioning . Our room door battery ran out and had to be fixed mid stay resulting in us walking to the front desk numerous times. The only way to get to your room/parking was through a narrow driveway which was blocked off most of the time since the delivery dock is right there too. They also have a convention center and that resulted in zero parking anywhere, they finally offered us free valet. The housekeeping cleaned out room, but didn't clean the shower/bathroom... just weird mishaps throughout for a property that has been around so so long. I would never stay here again. "

"Pool and hot tub were lovely with music playing. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed in the main building, next time will request a pool view room in the 3rd floor building (has elevator). Complementary Starbucks coffee and tea in the lobby every morning from 7 - 11am. Small snack store also available. We will be back!"

"Weekend pool parties so the DJs are playing. If you’re going to spend time in your room for any reason you will hear the bass, but not the treble. Be cool if the rooms were wired so you listen to more than the throb of the bass when the DJs are at the pool. "

"The hotel was beautiful both inside and out! The pool felt absolutely felt like a resort and the bar attached to it served great drinks! My only complaint about the hotel is the lack of valet or bellhops to help with luggage. "
