My stay could not have been more pleasant. The room was spotless and had everything I need. The staff was very kind and friendly. I needed to add another night to my stay and the process was smooth and painless. The restaurant had a large menu for every taste and fuss. The restaurant’s staff was very accommodating, friendly and made sure all our need were met. I highly recommend this hotel. I used to live in this town thirty some years ago, when it was called Alutus. I had never stayed there then. Which is why I wanted to stay there now. Impressive.

The hotel is good with a great location. Rooms and bathrooms are very nice but make sure your room is not level 3 room 306 which has a great view of a wall..! Not a 4 star look ! And if you are lucky to get a receptionist with a smile and not too bothered because you there, then it's a great hotel..

The property was clean and well presented. The negatives were that free parking was advertised and technically there is free parking on the street outside the hotel however there are only 2-3 spots free for hotel guests. There is also street parking that is free in the evening until 8am in the morning on the street outside. But if you don’t get one of the hotel parks and are parking in business hours, be aware it’s not free. Other negatives were that the 3 free parking spots were made aware to us not by the staff at the check in desk, but only by the helpful security guard outside the hotel. If he had not of told us about the existence of the 3 free parking spots, we would not have known. Other negatives are the refrigerator does not get cold enough and the room does not get cold enough. If you prefer a cool room to sleep- this may be an issue as other reviewers have mentioned.

Nice property. The room was one of their larger rooms so was a nice size. However, we could not get the bedroom to get cool, no matter how low we turned the air conditioning. If you're used to a cool room to sleep in - as many Americans are - this was a challenge.

Hotel has AC, false advertising, it's up to management to decide when to turn it on. Without it, there is no ventilation in the room and temperature went to 26 C / 79 F with open window, not to mention street noise. If you have a car, hotel has 6 free slots, most of the time cannot find slots on paid parking lot either
