Shoddily managed. Stay Away

I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... So finally I was given another room which was of a lower category and since apparently it was vacated by another guest a short while ago, it was not even cleaned up properly. The facilities like tea/coffee machines were not there. Instead of central heating, we were given a room heater but it was ineffective and not working. We could not sleep properly. Bad experience.

Beautiful Resort

Lovely n luxurious Stay at The Hridayesh, got a free upgrade from Dlx Villa to a Luxury Villa with Garden. Huge Rooms with luxurious fittings and great designing also the bathroom had a tub and separate shower area. Food was very good and enjoyed the Live Music in the hall. Over all more than what I expected.
