"The staff went above the call of duty. My group arrive late in the evening after a long day of traveling. We inquired about the potential of food and the staff quickly re-opened the kitchen and cooked a complete dinner meal for my group. Great people!"
"Arranging the pickup from airport good. But the behaviour of executive at breakfast table is worst. Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast."
"Despite having a reservation and completing the payment, I was repeatedly told that there was no reservation under my name. Showing the reservation number and my smartphone screen didn't help. Finally, I was able to confirm the reservation through email."
"The booking was overpriced as for the same period the rates were 40% less. It shows that online booking is to cheat people. The room was without any window opening and cleanliness as well as other facilities were TERRIBLE. I would recommend not to book through Hotel. Com . There was no mirror even in bathroom. "On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved.
1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr.
2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad....
"The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc.
Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel.
Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking.
The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate."
