"Property is city center and easy to get to. But there was some pretty major construction that we were not able to the room we requested that was accessible for my husband that was in a wheelchair. The room was clean and freshly painted and remodeled, but had a bad musky/smokey smell."

"The room had roaches, Extremely passive aggressive and rude encounter with Monica and another female staff. A lot of commotion outside, I stayed for 2 weeks and had to service my own room. Mopped and cleaned my floors and had to call the manager because I was denied toilet paper by front staff. I do not recommend, will not be staying again."

"The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable inside. From the inside it seemed like a really nice hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The neighborhood is pretty bad. We were planning to walk to some of the places nearby, but we ran into a lot of homeless people on our walk. There's a mcdonald's with a late night drive through right next to the hotel, and there was a lot of noise due to the customers and hobos hanging out there. Overall I give this hotel a good score, because it was really nice (apart from the neighborhood) and the concierge earns the hotel an extra star all by herself. Just don't plan to stroll around outside. "
