Sehr freundliches Personal, ich bin mit dem Rad angereist und konnte es in der Tiefgarage parken. So stand es sicher und trocken. Das Einzelzimmer war übersichtlich, hatte aber alles was man braucht, das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Gerne komme ich wieder!

Das Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung. Aber obwohl wir das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht haben (gemäss Hotel.com gar nichts anderes möglich) bestand das Hotel darauf, dass das Frühstück zusätzlich bezahlt werden musste. Begründung: Sie hätten ihr System geändert…. Alles diskutieren nützte nichts

Das Zimmer war klein, aber tiptop in Schuss. Das Bad war sehr modern und machte einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Hervorzuheben ist auch die enorme Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter des Hotels, welchen ich begegnet bin. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wochentags wird es deshalb spätestens ab 7 Uhr recht laut durch den Lieferverkehr um das Hotel herum (das ist alles Fußgängerzone). Man muss halt das Fenster schliessen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und auch Verabschiedung; freundliches Personal beim Frühstück....die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich...es war nur sehr warm im Zimmer und die Decken waren einfach zu dick....aber dem haben wir Abhilfe geleistet...es gibt überhaupt nichts zum Meckern; war alles völlig in Ordnung und angenehm !

Gutes Hotel in der Stadtmitte mit sauberen und ordentlichen Zimmern. TV ist groß, Badeinrichtung ist neuwertig, Einige gute Restaurants außen rum. Frühstück ist OK, Aber die !Semmeln/Brötchen/Wecken! sind Fabrikware.

Guter Service, ausführliche Auskünfte, Sauberkeit, die Lage ideal: direkt in der Stadt, vieles bereits zu Fuß zu erleben, in 5 Minuten am See, in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof und mit der Bodenseecard ideal, um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in unkomplizierter Weise Orte der näheren Umgebung zu erreichen (Konstanz, Überlingen, ...) . Die weniger umweltfreundliche Gestaltung des Frühstücks ist vermutlich Corona geschuldet.

Die Zimmer zum Hinterhof, also zur Einkaufspassage sind, wenn es nachts zu Menschenversammlungen und damit zu Lärm kommt, nicht schlaffördernd.

Great customer service

The hosts contacted me when I did not arrive for my reservation during bad weather when all the trains were cancelled. Not only did they inquire if they had the date right, they accepted my the following night instead. The hotel is small and quaint in a nice part of town near everything. I selected it because it had everything I needed for business travel, it was close to the train station, and reasonable price. The room was comfortable but not fancy. I would stay here again, and felt completely safe in the area alone at night.hey would have gotten paid either way thru Hotels.com, but they helped me out and honored my reservation past the cancellation period.

Great 3 night stay.

Loved this little hotel, friendly people, comfortable bed slept really well. Clean.. free safe and complimentary drinks in the Mimi bar. Only negatives, would have liked coffee making facilities in the room and toast at breakfast. 100% would stay again.
