"We have just returned from a really lovely two night stay at the Wellington. The whole weekend from start to finish was very special and made even better by the staff. Particular mention must go to Ellie who managed a problem for us that was our fault but she went above and beyond to help us work it out. Callum is an absolute ray of sunshine, please don’t ever lose your sparkle and a big thank you to Isaac who carried on in Ellie‘s absence continuing to resolve our problem with great efficiency....

"For starters the service was amazing, everyone we came across were so genuinely lovely and friendly. We felt very welcome and looked after. The food there was delicious we ate there two nights in a row, such fresh and yummy tapas with an amazing vibe in the bar area. "The room was super cute and had everything we needed. The only thing was that we couldn’t open the window and the room got really hot at night—I think that was for security reasons though? The included continental breakfast was awesome! "

"Rooms were pleasant enough and staff that checked us in were really friendly. No food options but in walking distance to plenty of places and town centre. Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)"
