Absolutely perfect. Great location, the motel was very cute and wood panelled and the hospitality was great! The woman working the front counter was so helpful and kind. It felt like we stayed at a family cottage. We had a lovely stay.

The view was the only good thing about this property. The building appears to be leaning down the hill as this is evident by just looking at the front entrance. We were booked to stay in the Motel Bo building and after walking through our room and looking at the building we decided to talk to the young man at the desk which was in the Chalet property next door. He told me we could not be refunded our money, but he did make an effort to put us in a room at the Radium Chalet which is next door to the Motel Bo. For that effort I gave the staff a good review. Turns out the Radium Chalet was in worse condition though. Very dirty and run down. This property needs some serious repair, and I hope the young man at the desk gets help as he will soon be overwhelmed with work.

Amazing views on your own balcony. It is very old, so the shower is for 5ft and under and the mattress is a rock. But other than that it was wonderful. Your own mini fridge/microwave and tv. Couch was comfy. But nothing matters more than being up high enjoying the view! Front desk was interesting.. and no room service (2 night stay) which was nice privacy wise. Horsetheif bar had the best food on our trip!

We have stayed here in the past. The first time we stayed, there was hot breakfast (pancakes, hashbrown patties and i think eggs and bacon?)included in the lobby, the next 2 times there was cold breakfast(yogurt, fruit, muffins, juice etc)available to take back to your room. This time there was only coffee and only on the 2nd morning. That part was a let down but the overall cost for a pet friendly room was still quite good.
