"Our room was always very clean and our cleaner always made cute towel animals every day! This was a really nice touch!"

"Overall, the property was okay, but the cleanliness fell well below what we expected. The biggest concern was that it appeared the blue bed coverlets were not changed between guests. Ours were visibly dirty when we arrived, and throughout our stay we watched the cleaning staff prepare other cottages. We saw them carrying fresh sheets and towels, but never the blue coverlets, which made us question whether they are being washed between guests. We also found several kitchen items that hadn’t been properly checked. The coffee mugs still had coffee stains from previous guests, and one of the plates had a crack and should have been replaced. These are small details, but they’re important and should be inspected before new guests arrive. Another issue was that the master bedroom had four pillows but only two pillowcases. We ended up having to purchase two additional pillowcases from Walmart just to make the bed usable. The cottage itself was comfortable, and with better attention to housekeeping and quality control, it could provide a much better guest experience. I hope management addresses these issues, as they are all easily fixable."

"Pool area and three hot tubs, bar and food poolside all wonderful! Lobby area is nice and front porch seating is fairly limited but great view of the Boardwalk! Run down room, but cleanish enough Only 2 towels for 4 of us but we brought some so didn’t ask for more. Over all good especially for the price - would stay again "

"Good with opportunities for some improvement. The room itself was nice - beds comfortable, balcony nice to sit on and relax (though it could us a small table along with the two chairs). Bathroom was acceptable - nice shower pressure but tile grout could have been cleaner and the vanity was slanted as it was detaching from the wall. Nothing awful though. The hallways were kept tidy. The stairwells definitely could use some aesthetic tlc. Front desk and housekeeping staff were cordial and helpful. Pools are nice when not hugely crowded. Drinks at The Hook Up were really well made. Overall experience was definitely enjoyable. Two big issues: one elevator in the building - but that is not easily remedied. However staff could point out convenient stairs to the rooms (if the doors are actually unlocked). And two: parking is annoying if you have to use adjacent lots. Access to beach and boardwalk were perfect for us. Overall 4 of 5 stars. Would definitely consider returning."

"The hotel and staff are awesome. I would recommend it to everyone going to Ocean City, MD.On the last day, we were woken up at 4 a.m. by the evacuation alarm. We walked down from the 8th floor only to be told it was a false alarm. Afterwards, the alarm kept going off until about 6:30 a.m. The other issue is that they didn't consider building a separate elevator for the rooftop restaurant on the eighth floor when constructing the hotel. If your room was on the eighth floor, you had to go through the crowd waiting for their table before going through the door to your room.Despite these issues, I would still stay there again because of the friendly staff, the excellent cleanliness, great food, spacious rooms, and the convenient location close to the boardwalk"

"Great stay with my Granddaughter! Breakfast was great, staff friendly and accommodating! Pool was nice but could use a bit more attention due to many people using it. Just needed a little clean up on a daily basis and removal of belongings laying around that people left behind for the duration of 3 days we were there. All and all, 4.5 stars!! Definitely would come back! 🌊🌞"
