Check-in was easy and at surface level the place looked great, clean and spacious. However the amenities were the bare minimum one could expect.The kitchen was only equipped with a pan and not even a kettle to boil water. The cutlery was dirty. There wasn't soap or shampoo in half of the dispensers and there was a lot of noise from the street at night - maybe because the balcony doors couldn't be shut properly. Also, many of the tiles in the bathrooms had cracks and the materials felt cheap. Overall, a fine place considering the price, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

This apartment was very average

Our stay wasn't great to be honest - front desk was very helpful and the they were focussed on guest security so that was great. The 1 bedroom apartment had 2 toilets and a washing machine - again great. BUT it wasn't clean, the range hood buttons were greasy, the untensils werent that clean, mould was evident in the bathroooms and the tiled floor wasnt clean. Also the kitchen - no kettle no toaster, no plug for the sink and no dishwasher, no carving knives or vege knives of any sort, no utensils to speak of, it just wasnt a great place and I would not stay again, ever.

Clean apartments with very kind personnel. If you want to explore Rabat then this is definitely a good spot as it's centered around most of Rabat's cultural buildings.

Great place to stay

Easy to find and access. Central location, Mausoleum and Tower in easy walking distance and tram just around the corner. Very large apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great staff. Lacking in tea towels and cleaning products in the kitchen but that was the only negative. Definately recommend and would happily stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay overall. Staff are amazing, very friendly and always willing to help. Just had a minor issue with housekeeping. The lady took the kettle and gave to the people in the room next to ours and so for the next day we couldn’t make coffee.

This place is gorgeous! One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I travel alot and have stayed in numerous 5 star resorts. The checkin was easy and the staff is wonderful. I would give it 10 stars but there a couple of issues to be aware of. These are very modern apartments and full of marble. The issue is, it does not isolate sound well and you could here the people on the next floor everytime they spoke or moved. Wouldnt be that big of a deal, but they didnt stop until 11:30pm. Also my room was next to the street and you could here every car and motorcycle go by. If you live in a big city and are use to this, then no big deal. Other wise, just bring some ear plugs and you and everthing will be fine. I HIGHLY suggest this place to stay!

Easy quick check and Mohammed was exceptionally helpful. The apartment was of good size, however did not have the essentials it advertised like kettle, microwave and utensils. Mohammed was quick and arranged a microwave and kettle as we have small children with us, however this should have been in the apartment. Also there was only one towel per room which was disappointing as we were a group of five, again Mohammed arranged more towels. The rooms are of good size and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and big. The area is very good, however there is a club on the opposite side which is very noisy after 12pm till around 4pm and the insulation is not great so you are disturbed. Other than the above this property have great potential to be the best. Just need better kitchenware and some small details. Will I stay again? Yes! Will I recommend to friends? Yes! Please fix the issues and you will be great not just good.

Our neighbor had the music on very loud. We told management and they said that by night time it will stop. They did not do anything to stop it. There was no hand towels and no place to hang the towels in the bathroom. The apartment is spacious and clean. The street is very noisy. You can hear the cars and the people on the street. Music was loud at night. I am surprised management did not ask the guest next door to lower the volume.
