I did not like that they did not have a reservation for me on the 28th of June. I was confirmed by Expedia but when I arrived there was no reservation for me. I had to go to another hostile nearby and luckily they had a vacancy. Will never book with Expedia again.,

Nice hotel near airport

Nice hotel near airport. Very friendly & helpfull staff. The hottub was not working and they provided access for us to use a nearby hottub in an club. Easy walk to small area of town with restaurants. Rooms were large with large bathroom.

Very quiet! Less than 10 minutes from the airport. Regular taxi $5 one-way. If you request taxi inside of the airport it's $10...same guys waiting outside of the airport!

They gave my room away to a larger group.

When I arrived, the security guard left me in the street for about 15 minutes while he made phone calls. Then he told me a group had rented the whole hotel including my room. They eventually transferred me to a different hotel but it was not good service.

Charming Hostel in Mindo

What a wonderful surprise is Hosteria San Carlos Tababela, all carefully and cheerfully cultivated by consummate host Henry. The bungalows are charming, comfortable and tranquil. It was the perfect base camp for exploring. And the breakfast! And the Happy Hour cocktails! Great all around, and thank you Henry.

It was great. Cheap and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed as an overnight from the airport but it was a great clean and relaxing stay. It was only about 5-7minutes from the airport.

Be careful with hotels close to Quito airport.

Well located close to airport...very sparce for the price...breakfast is nothing more then fruit..bread..and juice. Paid for extra eggs. Upon check out they wanted to charge me an extra 4.6% for using a debit card. That is not advertised anywhere. In the USA that is illegal to do. I live here in Ecuador and can tell you it has gotten worse over the years. Make sure to use a larger chain if you dont want surprises from the locals who think they can charge a lot mkre for simple convenience. Their ad stated free airport pickup but it costs $5. Just beware.

Cute, quaint and very convenient to the airport.

Needed a place to stay with my husband and teenage and preteen sons. We had a flight out to Cuenca but was not until the morning. We were promplly met at the airport by the driver and 10 minutes later we were at the hotel. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The place was quiet and as promised we were driven back to the airport early the next morning. We liked the place so much we will dtzy there when we return home in 2 weeks. It is not a fancy place so if you need that look someplace else. This is a good, clean, convenient place with a very nice and hardworking hotel staff. We were only sorry our travel did not allow for us to eat breakfast there and my sons did not get to use the pool as we arrived so late and had to leave so early.
