Muchas gracias por su gentil mensaje, por favor ayúdeme con la siguiente inquietud por favor para dar seguimiento a su caso, normalmente cuando son taxis se parquean al ingreso del hotel y nuestros compañeros botones reciben el equipaje, en este caso porque el Sr. taxista deseaba ingresar a nuestro parqueadero??De esta manera puedo dar seguimiento su queja y poder servirle con una respuesta.
